The Tulsa House Detectives Summary Inspection Report will
provide you with a preview of the components or conditions that need service or
a second opinion, but it is not definitive. It is a concise report (derived
from the Full Inspection Report) which a buyer would share with the seller as
to the condition(s) of the property inspected. This report usually consists of
3 to 5 pages and unbound to facilitate copying and faxing.
