Full Inspection Report
The Tulsa House Detectives Full Inspection Report is a definitive, detailed record of the conditions observed by the inspector at the time of the inspection. Its sections include:
General Information - Contains specific information about the property description.
Scope of Work – Explains just what a Generalist Inspection is (and isn’t).
Sectional Narratives – Explain what an inspector is looking for by category (Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Exterior, Roof, etc.)
Report Body – Gives detailed information and explanations including annotated color photos of conditions in and around the house.
This document provides you with relevant information to assist you in making an informed decision regarding the purchase of the house. It comes in a spiral bound report and usually contains between 50 to 80 pages depending on the size and condition of the house.
